I am a psychotherapist in private practice in Durham, NC. I see adults and older adolescents for individual therapy and incorporate mindfulness and Internal Family Systems Therapy in my practice.

I work from a relational, social justice framework. I welcome clients of color, immigrants, queer, questioning, and trans clients, and clients of all genders, faiths, sizes, and abilities.

Currently all appointments are video appointments.
